Ninety-one per cent of income reaches programme delivery; the remainder funds the auditing, safeguarding and reporting that make that figure verifiable. Full expenditure is published each year in our audited annual report.

We accept all major debit and credit cards through our bank’s secure 3D Secure payment page. Your card details are entered on the bank’s own system and are never seen by or stored on our servers.

Yes. Card payments are processed entirely by our banking partner using 3D Secure authentication. Our site never receives, transmits or stores card numbers. The connection to the payment page is encrypted end to end.

Yes. A receipt is generated the moment your payment is confirmed. You can view and print it immediately from the thank-you page, and a copy with a permanent link is emailed to the address you provide.

Yes. Sponsorship campaigns are designed as monthly commitments, and you can choose a monthly amount on any campaign that offers it. Monthly giving can be paused or cancelled at any time by contacting us.

Yes. Add their name in the message field on the donation form and it is recorded on your receipt.

Yes, and we would encourage it. Select any campaign from the Campaigns page and donate directly to it. If you would rather we allocate the funds where the need is greatest, choose the Ongoing Charity Fund.

Funds raised above target are applied to the next phase of the same programme wherever one exists. Where it does not, they are transferred to the closest related campaign and the transfer is recorded in the annual report.

Contact us with your donation reference number, which appears on your receipt and in your confirmation email. We will respond within two working days.

No. Donor details are used only to process your donation, issue your receipt and, if you opt in, send you programme updates. We do not sell, rent or exchange donor data with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Yes. Tick the anonymous option at checkout and your name will not appear on any public donor listing. We still need an email address in order to send your receipt.
